M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:40 PM
SEPTIC PLAN REVIEW: 1584 Wachusett Street, Septic System repair for Matt West. The plans need the dosing cycles and pump curve specifications or the pump operating point information. The owners’ manual for all moving parts needs to be on file.
M. Johnson voted to approve the septic system upgrade. B. Pennino seconded. Vote 3-0, Approved.
Documents presented during review: Septic Plans, 1584 Wachusett Street, for Matt West, 130 Randall St., Worcester, MA 01606, dated December 2, 2011.
MEETING MINUTES:
- November 8, 2011: B. Pennino motioned to approve. M. Ricker seconded. Vote 3-0, APPROVED.
- December 13, 2011: M. Ricker motioned to approve. B. Pennino seconded, Vote 3-0, APPROVED.

OTHER BUSINESS:
- Board of Health Fee Schedule: The Board of Health reviewed the recommended fee schedule.
B. Pennino motioned to approve. M. Ricker seconded. Vote 3-0, APPROVED.
- Regionalization Grant: The grant was approved for the regionalization of the Boards of Health for the five towns. There is a meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25, 2012, that A. Crete will be attending.
Next Meeting: To be determined.
M. Johnson motioned to adjourn the Board of Health meeting. B. Pennino seconded. All in favor.
